Snr PMO Governance Quality Assurance/ Project ManagerKey Responsibilities• Primary objective to transition from a third-party orchestrator delivery partner model to an Enterprise owned and driven delivery model managed by the PMO • Partner with the incumbent delivery partner’s and stakeholders to support the transition of the delivery framework into the Sanagi program’s PMO.Key Achievements• Established valued project delivery relationships across the various Outcome/Portfolio delivery directors and Project managers delivering into the program • Re-established program forums, change control, continuous improvement, delegation authorities and delivery framework engagement• Reviewed and re-established the delivery framework phased entry and exit criteria• Established governance reviews and syndication of phased framework delivery artefacts• Proactively influenced the delivery partners to drive change and support continuous improvement within project execution.

Assurance Practice Lead -Change Delivery & AssuranceKey Responsibilities• Manage the provision of assurance services across Medibank, recommend level of governance dependent on varying attributes i.e. investment, criticality, complexity, and risk profiles.• Review compliance to project management methodology (PMM) and identification of pragmatic tailoring when required; Review projects and BAU initiatives to harness synergies. • Partner with delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes.• Develop and maintain the delivery framework and assurance strategy, ensuring maximum value to Medibank; Regularly track the performance of the assurance service; Review and critique project communities process and service standards to align to best practice and organisational expectations.• Develop and execute strategies to Influence the project community to drive change and support continuous improvement within project execution.Key Achievements:• Initiated the project management competency review to baseline and build a project delivery maturity model.• Established round table forums across business units to facilitate a collegiate environment. Developed intranet landing pages for delivery teams, identifying contribution to the Project delivery lifecycle.• Facilitated post implementation reviews, established a continuous improvement process and promoted proactive participation and ownership of delivery maturity by the project community.• Standardised dashboards for consistency and transparency of information.• Developed a project initiation template, revised the business case template and benefit management plan to identify, quantify and assign accountability for proposed benefits. • Produced bespoke health checks to inform the likely delivery success and corrective actions.

Moved the project community perspective of the Assurance from a policing to a trusted adviser focus. • Lifted community input, visibility and general support for the continuous improvement process, actively using outcomes from Post Implementation Reviews.
