Assists in troubleshooting and inspecting programmable logic controllers and distributed control systems;Water chemistry analysis and operation of demineralized water systems. Ordering of new equipment parts and supplies. Installation and start up of new systems.Issuing work orders,purchase requsitions and work permitsResponsible for plant boiler,chiller and pressure vessel inspections as required by the NJ 12:90 state codes20 plus years on safety committee, retired safety committee president

Operation of High Temperature Hot Water Boilers and steam boiler with a total 1175 hp, responsible for campus buildings witch included Olympic size pool, greenhouse and waste treatment plant, well water pumping system and water tower. Repairs to pumps, HVAC equipment, water testing and treatments.

Care of power house boilers,chillers,air compressors fire systems,and cold food boxs. Hotel maintenance as required.
