I have worked in the hospitality industry for almost 30 years. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience from managing bars and restaurants in Dublin, to busy four star hotels in the South East.I am very passionate about the hospitality industry and I believe that customer service and attention to detail, are the key to a successful hotel.
