The Identity Services portfolio includes a broad range of identity verification solutions including passport renewals, AML / CTF and KYC checks, employment checks, property ID verification and Digital ID.

Accountable for leading two wholly owned subsidiary businesses - SecurePay Group and POLi Payments. Trusted by over 90,000 Australian businesses, SecurePay is an end-to-end payment service that allows customers to take card and digital wallet payments online. POLi Payments is an online payment option that allows customers to use their internet banking to securely pay for goods and services.The range of functions delivered in SecurePay Group and POLi Payments is broad and includes product management, sales support, credit assessment, risk management, strategy and planning, end-to-end technology, product engineering and project delivery.
