Responsible for USA/Solid Rocket Booster Bond Locker operations.Quality Inspection support for the following; Disassembly/Retrieval/Refurbishment of Solid Rocket Booster hardware @ Hangar AF.Thrust Vector Control LRU/Tube & hose replacements for fuel systems in the ATK test structures in UTAH.TCV LRU buildup of flight inventory for SLS program.Facilities crane proof loading & inspection.Excess hardware processing for end of Shuttle program.Contract transfers, Hardware shipments.Photographic requests.Certification/monitoring of SRBE level 3 clean rooms and level 4 flow benches.GSE (ground Support Equipment) testing & inspection.

Responsible for allocation of personnel resources to ensure adequate coverage for manufacturing operations.Ensure certification requirements are maintained for inspection personnel.Review and approve PRACA (Problem Reporting And Corrective Action) reports in NIS (Non-conformance Information System).Performed quality inspection to ensure compliance to engineering drawings, specifications, work authorization documents, blueprints and operation procedures on Solid Rocket Boosters and ARES Rocket. Job duties included the use of nondestructive evaluation methods such as eddy current and visual inspection performed on flight hardware, flight support equipment (FSE) and ground support equipment (GSE). Verified process inspections, non-conformance reporting dimensional measurement checks, corrosion pit mapping, material cure requirements, adhesion testing, and dry film lubricant inspections. Evaluated products, equipment, and processes to ensure quality and compliance with engineering & NASA requirements. Performed photographic close out inspections. Provided quality assurance technical representation for team & organizational meetings, and presented sound technical arguments to resolve quality assurance issues. Qualified in the use of standard and sophisticated computerized test equipment, optical comparators, video borescopes, vacuum leak testing and Helium leak detection using Alcatel and Varian testers. Participated in numerous Quality Circle and Lean Six Sigma events with great success by performing risk assessments and analyses and assigning risk ratings to quality systems and key processes. Have performed numerous supplier audits for United Space Alliance and NASA. Active participant in achieving the ISO 9000 and ISO 9001 company certification.

Responsible for all aspects of inspection & testing of the SRB TVC system throughout the manufacturing process.Provide inspection support to the following SRBE areas on an as need basis;Electrical, FWD mechanical, Aft mechanical, Ordnance installation, Refurbishment @ Hangar AF.Perform inspections utilizing precision calibrated instruments.Document Non-conformances by generating NIS reports.
