I Love life, people are the most important part of any business. I like to travel and learn new things. I am always looking to better myself and others lives. I have worked at Rent a center for 20 years and learned from the ground up. I drive profit as I was in the top 250 profit making stores for 10 out of 11 years. I am a forward thinker and believe in processes and A1 customer service. I have been a district manager and lead 10 teams to success. Recruit and training are key factors to any successful business. I moved from Pittsburgh Pa. To Delaware where I ran 7 stores as a District Manager. I now run the Georgetown Delaware store, where I have improved every metric and took a bottom 10% store to top #1 in % collected in the company. #3 in Auto pay in the company and #1 in the district for revenue gained. I now am a Center of excellence store where all new co workers will be trained for 2 weeks before they go to there home stores. It wouldn’t be the same without my awesome wife Tammy and our 4 wonderful children. I like to swim in our pool, take vacations on my motorcycle with friends, I enjoy playing chess, watching football, Go Steelers, and hanging with our friends.
