A new Company developing the Central Yilgarn Iron Projects, CYIP, the Mount Mason DSO Hematite Project and the Mt Ida Magnetite Project, the assets were de-merged from Jupiter Mines Limited, with Juno Minerals Limited listing on the ASX 11 May 2021.A great opportunity, and unfinished business for myself in progressing these Projects.

Martineau can also provide short term mine site and/or process plant management coverage both domestic and international on an as required basis.Sep 2015 to Feb 2021, I gained experience in the lithium industry, having been the Study Manager for Pilbara Minerals' Limited Pilgangoora Lithium Tantalum Project in the Pilbara, including direct responsibility for the metallurgical test work program, developing the flowsheet and managing the resulting process plant design. I was also part of the commissioning team on the process plant, and in the last year, provided one day per week technical advice as required.Mar to Dec 2020, Bardoc Gold Limited, provided technical advice on the Metallurgical test work program, process plant design and the Tailings Management Facility for the Definitive Feasibility Study.Martineau can also provide services to manage and deliver all aspects of Feasibility Studies.Martineau is my private Company, however now fulltime as Managing Director and CEO of Juno Minerals Limited, consulting services to third parties is now on hold.

Non-Executive Director of TNG Limited for over 2 years and 10 months who are developing the Mt Peake Project in the Northern Territory, a titanium dioxide, vanadium pentoxide and iron oxide project.

I was a consulting Metallurgist to Thor Mining PLC and was made a Non-executive Director in July 2005. I supervised and managed the Metallurgical test work and Feasibility Study on the Molyhil Tungsten Molybdenum Project.

With over thirty years of experience in the resources sector, including eight years in international locations, in senior operational and project management roles, and that of my fellow Director, Richard Burden, who has a financial corporate background with West African experience, Martineau is well placed to systematically progress projects from grass roots through to production.

In December 2007, I commenced as Chief Executive Officer of Jupiter Mines Limited, a junior exploration company with projects in a number of commodities. The company was refocused with projects determined as either core or non-core.In mid 2008, Pallinghurst Resources Limited, a Private Equity Fund based in London, gained control of Jupiter Mines Limited by vending in a number of minor projects and cash. The Board composition of Jupiter Mines Limited was subsequently changed reflecting the new shareholding structure. The Tshipi Manganese Project in South Africa, 49.9% share (owned by the Pallinghurst co-investors) was then subsequently vended into Jupiter for shares, with the Pallinghurst co-investors now controlling 85% of Jupiter’s ordinary shares. Achievements with Jupiter Mines Limited:• Divested non-core assets.• One of a team of three executives who raised $100M from the equity markets in January 2011. • The capital was raised to fund Jupiter’s share in construction of the Tshipi Project and undertaking of two feasibility studies in parallel on the two Australian iron projects, a DSO hematite and a magnetite.• Built the owner’s team and supporting consulting groups in order to undertake the studies.• Over 100 000 metres of resource drilling completed for the studies, resources for the two projects substantially increased.• DSO study was completed, the magnetite study put on hold at 80% completion due to the cost pressures on magnetite projects in Australia and limited access to suitable infrastructure

Upon my return to Perth after four years in Greece, I took up the role as Managing Director which being a small company a lot of bases had to be covered. The main Project at the time was the Deflector Gold Copper Project, which had a gold copper resource with difficult metallurgy.A number of small capital raisings had to be completed to fund the resource drilling program, metallurgical test work and feasibility studies. The gold copper resource was doubled in size and metallurgical issues were resolved in order to develop the project, the feasibility study was subsequently completed, however the economics were marginal due to deflated metal prices at the time and the project put on hold.
