Serve as a department leader for National Trade Services (Operational Trade Support group, 51 Staff across three site locations). National Trade Services is responsible for supporting 2,100 investment mangers, 200 broker dealer and numerous self-directed clients across over 70k trust accounts. I lead lead large scale project management for department, business-line or corporate-wide initiatives. I work closely with business line stakeholders, senior/executive management to enhance client experience, streamline operational workflows & integrate automated trade capture solutions, reduce risk and ensure service excellence. I partner with Strategy & Optimization Team to create dashboard framework & maintain operational KPI dashboards for streamlining, prioritization & status tracking (KRI and KSI). I support with business line partners on new business aligned with Domestic Trade Operations (RFP Support).

I manage a group of trade representatives who have their individuals trading desks. I provide comprehensive onboarding experience to all new Trade Representatives. I serve as a direct point of escalation for any client issues. I actively work with Trade Services leadership on corporate wide initiatives to enhance out current trading processes/workflows. I performed performance evaluations for my direct employees and created talent development plans to ensure active career pathing. I worked with peer managers to design and implement process improvement deliverables (Increase productivity, enhance trading technology, increase automated trade capture metrics, etc.)

I managed a book of business and provided operational domestic trade support for Wealth Management and Investment Services business( clients include: investment manager, brokers, self-directed clients, and account administrators. Actively enter Post-Execution trades for stocks, bonds, mutual funds, alternative investments and Treasury bills into our Trust Accounting system timely and accurately. Maintain high level of customer service for our trade line customers for self directed clients who need to make investments at the market. I onboard clients for automated failed trade reporting, online client facing portal, SWIFT and sFTP.

I support all voluntary corporate actions for our Trust and Custody WM&IS clients. I work directly with Account Administrators, Portfolio/Investment Managers, and Self Directed Clients clients to enter CA Elections on their underlying assets. I update ensure all IM/client contact information is up to date. I worked on business line project to sign clients up to our online corporate action response system tool called eTRAN+. I provided demo’s and onboarded new clients onto the UI. Our team supports 60k Trust Accounts.
