-- Started my first business while attending college in 1987 - DeSitter & Eck Painting. We had employees and everything! We'd work hard and play hard. When it was too hot to paint outside we'd go water skiing.-- Accepted a position as a registered rep. with Prudential in 1991 selling life insurance over the kitchen table. They said I was too young to sell health insurance to business owners, so I quit to prove them wrong.-- Became an insurance broker in 1993 working at a company called America's Accumulation. They were a mid size brokerage firm in downtown Aurora. They taught me so much. I still have clients from the first year I was there!-- In 1997 I purchased the rights to my book of business and started Beneficial Solutions.Specialties: We offer employee benefits and HR services to groups of all sizes. Enrollments are all online and we integrate with your payroll and the insurance carriers whenever possible.Our HR support team can assist or train your current HR staff, or we can be your HR staff. We are great at filling in the HR gaps and helping our clients to avoid the pitfalls they don't always see coming.
