Greg is the President of Venbrook Insurance Services. Prior to joining Venbrook, he was the President of Guaranty Insurance Services, a NYSE company headquartered in Austin, Texas. Under his leadership, the firm grew to be one of the top 10 revenue per employee property and casualty insurance brokerage firms in the USA. The emphasis was and is to this day on real estate related insurance.Greg is a recognized leader in real estate and construction insurance and specializes in providing highly innovative products and services to property owners, developers and contractors. In 1998, he created a real estate risk purchasing group [RPG] for residential and commercial real estate. While at Venbrook, he and his team have created another program designed for the real estate industry known as Real Estate America Property and Liability Association (REAPA & REALA).He has lectured to numerous groups, including the Building Industry Association; O’Melveny & Meyers; E.Y./Kenneth Leventhal & Company; The Orange County Bar Association; Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker; Allen, Matkins, Leck, Gamble & Mallory; Munger, Tolles & Olson; and the Earthquake Research Engineering Institute, to name just a few. He is often sought after as a resource for articles dealing with his core specialty. He has been a regular guest lecturer for over twenty years at U.C.L.A.’s Anderson School extension program, providing instruction in all aspects of real estate insurance, including construction industry insurance and bonding.
