The proposed line to Maroochydore is 37.8km of new dual track, narrow gauge rail line through greenfield and highly urbanised environments.Approximately 17 kilometres of rail is raised including viaducts and 24 bridges, to minimise flooding and environmental impacts, and to pass over local and arterial roads.A 1.2 kilometre tunnel at Little Mountain to minimise environmental and community impacts.Six new stations at Nirimba (Aura), Caloundra, Aroona, Birtinya, Mountain Creek and Maroochydore with an upgrade also planned for Beerwah station.Relocation and protection of major utilities such as power, water and sewer.Construction in constrained urban environments.

In support of Asia Pacific Manufacturing and the Merak site, the Site Procurement Manager provided leadership and coaching of the existing site-based team as part of BP’s overall Global Procurement Transformation. The primary focus of the role was to understand and improve the capability of the Merak procurement team and their application of the recently implemented Global Category Management Operating Model. This understanding was enabled through a diagnostic which was conducted (through stakeholder interviews and process mapping) identified and implemented a series of recommendations. In parallel, conducted the recruitment process and then provided active coaching and development of the newly appointed Site Procurement Manager.

Led the implementation of the capacity building project which trained over 1200 Government of Indonesia procurement resources and auditors. This included developing a curriculum, training materials, competencies aligned to ASEAN standards and vocational pathways of study. The delivery of the training to build the required skills snd experience that provided confidence to procurement professionals to make the right decisions to deliver quality outcomes

Led the Discovery Phase and designed the project scope for implementing sustainable procurement within the Government of Indonesia
