As the Hatch Project Manager seconded to BMA, I was responsible for the setup and control of the Greenfield Mine Operational Readiness (OR) Support System Project (Daunia/Caval) schedule, work breakdown structure (WBS) and tracking tools. This role required me to liaise with the Mines General Manager, Department Leads and Stakeholders for the identification and development of the four phases of OR Project (2 years and $20M) schedule, budgets and reporting mechanisms. I also setup the training of the Mine Operations Team for the project governance and reporting rhythm to ensure timely and accurate information about project progress for senior management. First coal for the mine was achieved 6 months ahead of the planned schedule for Daunia.

In this role, I was responsible for ensuring the successful identification and delivery of the Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) Support Analysis Project. The Project includes the Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) requirements identification and documentation for the AEW&C aircraft. These project deliverables were completed using the engineering and maintenance analysis processes and procedures like, Failure Modes Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Maintenance Engineering Analysis (MEA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Repair Inventory Optimisation (RIO) and Life Cycle Costing (LCC).

As the IPT Lead I was responsible for the successful identification, design and development of the Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (TUAV) support system maintenance capability. The Support System capability included the ILS requirements identification for the ground segments using engineering analysis processes and procedures like FMECA, MEA, LORA, RCA, RCM, RIO and LCC and the development of the required Operations and Maintenance Technical Manuals to the S1000D Standard. All deliverables for this project were developed to the AUSDEFCON and DMO standards.
