Cto And Executive Director Life Without LimitsUnited Cerebral Palsy Sep 2009 - Mar 2010Vienna, Virginia, UsUnited Cerebral Palsy is a respected, 60 year-old organization of more than 100 local affiliates working to improve the lives of people with disabilities. UCP believes the next 5 to 10 years will look very different than the past 60 years, however, as the Internet continues to erase barriers that previously effected many persons experiencing long term disabilities. UCP is expecting far more tech-powered, user-driven future along with major social changes from an aging population demographics. I've joined UCP to help them transition to a more Internet-savvy future. We have high hopes for the opportunities of the 21st century including mobile and open source hardware, and business market that better sees people with disabilities as just another community of "extreme users" who drive innovation. -
