Downs Segment A Widening Project, Tampa, FLThis 36 million County FDOT LAP Project included expansion of a 4 lane 3.55-mile long roadway to 8 lanes, widening of a bridge from 2 to 4 lanes, and construction of a new 4 lane bridge in conjunction with the demolition of the existing. Additional improvements included replacement of 7 existing traffic signals, installation of new ITS system, landscaping, and creation four large retention ponds with PVC liners. There was approximately 34,250 LF of storm drainage and 23,500 LF of pressure pipe, water and sewer, installed on this Project. Much of this utility work was deep requiring dewatering and shoring operations all amongst a variety of private that ran along the busy Bruce B. Downs corridor. Responsibilities included:• Manage the CPM schedule and budget for the prime contractor • Prepare financial reports for the project, including cost to complete and cash flow projections• Prepare monthly estimates and CPM schedule updates for client• Meet with Safety Manager and Superintendents to review site safety and potential future issues• Develop cost comparisons with field staff to determine best means and methods• Resource plan for project labor, equipment, and material usage to maximize production

Rt. 27-244 Interchange D/B Project, Arlington VA 2012 – 2015Served as the day to day onsite Project Manager for the Prime Contractor. $31 million D/B Project included replacement of an existing 1940’s concrete arch bridge with a new 158’ twin span bridge. Constructed a new twin 8’x10’ box culvert 450’ long under the new bridge, through the existing roadway, and below multiple utilities. The 8 stage project also included new roadway, ramps, traffic signals, walls, storm sewer, waterline and sanitary sewer, including jack & bore. Project won Heavy Construction Contractors Association (HCCA) Excellence in Infrastructure Award in Virginia and nominated for the National Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) 2016 Design-Build Project/Team Award.• Successfully performed a final project design and budget review and developed a project plan • Effectively managed budget and led meetings with management team to budget issues • Led community meeting presenting the project, and addressed community concerns.• Led weekly D/B project meetings with client, designer, and construction personnel• Drafted plan changes based on field issues or constructability; for review/approval by PE• Prepared support of excavation plans and structural steel erection plans review/approval by PE• Efficiently managed daily public relations and concerns with surrounding community• Assisted in preparing plans for utility relocations for project and managed relocations

Bridge repair consisted of rebuilding the abutments and installing a new precast concrete deck slab over the creek. • Responded quickly in developing a bridge repair plan with client, PE, and construction team which lead to reopening the roadway ahead of schedule, in time for a major holiday• Successfully tracked all time and materials for payment on the T&M force account, contract totaling $495,000Project Engineer – I-95 Widening Project, Fairfax VA 2008 – 2011Worked alongside the Project Manager and Structural Project Manager on an $85 million VDOT Mega Project included widening 7 miles of I-95 in busy northern Virginia. Included the widening of 10 bridges, two over the large Occoquan River, constructing 13 retaining walls, 7 sound walls, 5 contractor designed combo walls, box culvert extensions, storm sewer, electrical/comm and roadway work. Presented importance of structural erection plans at company-wide supervisor safety meeting. Presentation focused on importance of planning work in relation to safety and factors of safety for crane capacities. Developed a company-wide standard form for crash attenuator general liability claims, which allowed the claims department to more effectively recover costs.• Assisted in preparing structural steel erection plans for submission • Assisted in designing contractor-designed retaining and sound walls• Managed private utilities on the VDOT Mega Project for 7 miles of interstate• Wrote and tracked project RFI’s; maintained contractor set of as-built drawings • Maintained project drawings with revisions and distributed to corresponding trades• Managed subcontractor and vendor payment processes and schedules
