Developing software applications for PC/Server/Web environments, using J2EE integrated environments, design & develop projects with HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Java Arch for XML Binding (JAXB), Java Arch for XML-Web Services (JAX-WS), Java Server Pages, Java Server Faces (JSF), Spring and STRUTS Application Frameworks, Oracle backend, and Eclipse deployed to enterprise application servers. Design and develop interfaces and application in National Security Personnel System (NSPS), Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS), and National Guard appraisal systems using Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), XML, JAVA, PL/SQL, JSP, and Oracle JDeveloper. Interact with functional analysts, DBAs, system administrators, and other developers to define and implement the best technical design to support the business requirements. Provide technical design, programming and development services to client teams through programming knowledge in Oracle and using Accenture and USDC standards and procedures. Design simple to medium complexity technical solutions from a functional design specification.
