Support routine maintenance and new construction to assure the completed product complies with the engineered drawings and specifications, and also assure that they comply with nationally recognized industry codes and construction practices. •Develop repair scopes, work lists, and shutdown recommendations as to provide primary inspections, and monitor repair procedures and documentation for all pressure containing equipment and process piping. This is to define the equipment mechanical integrity and maintain or improve the reliability and safety of the equipment. •Establish and maintain files and computer programs for all plant process equipment, safety relief valves, and process piping, which contain design data, drawings, documentation of repairs, corrosion history, repair history, and inspection history. This all complies with the regulatory laws and industry practices to aid in the mechanical integrity, safety, and reliability of the equipment. •Provide technical support to engineering by reviewing design data and drawings on all new construction as well as repairs and alterations, and reviewing weld procedures, welder qualifications, and construction practices to make certain they comply with the Company Engineering specifications and National fabrication Codes.
