Responsible for determining and creating project schedules, funding limitations/budgets, project specific procedures, ISO-9001/ASME Section 8/NQA-1 quality requirements, staffing requirements, resource allotment and procurement. These responsibilities included providing direction to project personnel to assure completion of projects within prescribed schedule-budget and technical requirements, preparing and presenting program reports to company and customer management, verification of compliance to all contract requirements including government flow down requirements. Primary responsibilities included overseeing ABW sole product line with the North Slope of Alaska oil companies ensuring ABW’s market position and customer satisfaction were up to company and customer expectations. This included designing new models and new products, determining and documenting quality improvements and providing technical support including annual visits to remote field locations.

Responsible for all areas of customer service, contract negotiations and customer communication as well as procurement of raw material, components, outside manufacturing, outside processing and warehouse operations. These responsibilities included negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers to positive outcomes, responding positively to on/off site customer representatives as well as customer management, developing departmental goals and procedures, auditing and verification of procedural compliance and supporting the General Manager as needed to secure future profitability of the division.
