16 + yrs within the IT environment for Sabre/EDS/HP/HP Enterprise Services and now DXC.technology. Starting as a level 1 operator working on the Sabre Midrange desk, to now managing the HPES TPF Realtime Coverage and Infrastructure Mainframe environment. Task along the way include, Problem Analyst within the Business Support Team providing incident and problem support, metrics gathering and review, and then leadership of the Business Support Team. That leadership lead to a position within the Commercial Mainframe Operations environment managing the front line operators who supported multiple clients in the z/OS system. After 1 yr, was moved to managing the American Airlines Midrange Operations and Coverage desk providing incident and problem resolution efforts, documentation, procedures, and overall service delivery to the client. Have assisted with transition to Digital Workflow project, along with completing ITIL foundations and ITIL Practitioner for Support and Restore. Also completed Kepnor Tregoe workshop, and initial entry of Six Sigma Green Belt training. Recently, have been the lead on creating our internal TPF Mainframe training program over the past 5 years.Been involved in the recruiting process, internal interview process and putting the prospective candidates thru the Berger Aptitude assessment to hire the most qualified individuals we can.Specialties: Incident and Problem Mgmt, Leadership, Communication, Team Building
