Current• Write all required documentation, to include marketing brochures, white papers, general description documents, hardware and software installation guides, commissioning guide, provisioning guide, users guide, periodic maintenance guide, troubleshooting guide, and a host of others. • Provide editing services on all engineering documentation as required. • Create and manipulate photographs, diagrams and drawings using Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as FrameMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Microsoft PowerPoint • Create and manipulate documents using Acrobat Pro and InDesign, and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint • Create and manipulate spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel • Proficient at Microsoft SharePoint • Proficient with Snag It and Snippping Tool • Extensive experience documenting both wireline and wireless products, specifically cross- connects, switches, remote radio heads and baseband units, as well as an array of related peripheral equipment.
