Following a major reorganisation of our Power Business, I am now providing Operational Support services to our asset based power portfolio. Spanning Thermal, Renewable and Nuclear technologies, my teams provide HSEQ and Engineering services to our operating assets. Additionally, we provide Joint Venture management and a key "Operational Excellence Improvement Team" to take our business to exceptional performance over the coming years. Our Operational Support Team is committed to taking our Power business to the pinnacle of our capability through world class Safety, Engineering, Improvement and JV support services.

Overall responsibility for the Commercial relationship between Centrica and EDF - NG with 20% ownership of the UK's Existing AGR and PWR nuclear fleet. Enabling a small team of commercial and nuclear specialists to maximise the return on our (£2.3bn) investment.Overall responsibility for onshore and offshore wind farms in Operation (490 MW), Development (4.5 GW) and the associated joint venture relationships involved. Tactical and strategic responsibility for the safe delivery of renewable energy across Centrica's portfolio.

With Safety in the forefront of my mind, I created a coalition of like-minded individuals to move the organisation from a position of "good" performance to that of "outstanding". Created a network by connecting internal and external stakeholders in a way that focussed on their individual roles on achieving success for our business and the wider community.Established Wylfa Nuclear Power Station as a role model in Safety and Operations as well as being a great neighbour on Anglesey.

Senior development role to acquire nuclear decommissioning experience and closer working with the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA).Worked closely with the NDA to optimise and progress long term plans for delivering the site in to "Safe Store". Developed key commercial offerings, unique to the industry for the time, based around collaborative and partnership working by forming an alliance for key packages of work.Worked very closely with the local community and Welsh Government as Director of a major nuclear liability located within the confines of Snowdonia National Park.Re-established Safety as a key priority for all activities on site.
