• Lead Asia Pacific Cat Parts network strategy implementation, including +$400M investment program to transform the Caterpillar service parts distribution network over 10 years.• Service parts network strategy implementation encompassing supply chain, sourcing, and inventory management, procurement, developing and implementing transportation plans, planning and building new warehouse facilities, warehouse operations start up and staffing, systems and IT deployment, and customer service strategies. • Financial accountability for project portfolio capital and expense, including monthly budgets, annual business planning and long term forecasting.

Deliver a strategy, implementation plans and comprehensive business proposal for the Asia Pacific Service Parts network to the Caterpillar Board of directors within 12 months of project inception by:• Leading a cross-functional global team to evaluate the Caterpillar parts network in Asia Pacific with respect to Caterpillar’s enterprise strategy and growth forecasts.• Defining and evaluating alternative solutions to enable Caterpillar to meet it’s parts business objectives over a 10-year outlook.• Appropriately engaging key decision makers in Cat parts division and Executive Leadership team.

• Drive transformational change through implementation of Cat Production System (Lean).• Lead strategy execution and project prioritisation through application of Cat Production System (Lean) and Six Sigma methodologies.• Teach, Coach, and Mentor Black Belts, Project Sponsors, Process Owners, and Department Heads in Six Sigma and Cat Production System (Lean) methodology.• Manage costs and meet targeted value proposition (project benefit) commitments.

• Define, scope, plan, lead and financially justify process improvement and process creation projects for Cat Logistics and third-party logistics clients using Six Sigma DMAIC and DMEDI methodologies.• Deliver incremental profit per year +$750,000 with complex project scope across functional and business unit boundaries. • Train and coach team members in the use of Six Sigma statistics and problem-solving tools. Ensure projects are integrated with other business activities, other improvement projects, and business strategy. Report financial benefits.

• Co-ordinate the Modernised Systems deployment program for the Melbourne Caterpillar parts Distribution Centre.• Plan activities, and work with key stakeholders including operational staff, local and US-based IT functional experts to establish functional requirements, testing and conversion plans, and change management activities.
