Guild Trustee Services is a part of the Guild Group and provides superannuation products and services to the Pharmacy, Early Learning and Allied Health industries. I was responsible for leading the Trustee Office, designing and delivering a strategy to grow the Fund and transform the business to improve the retirement outcomes for all members. We created a vision ‘to be the fund that changed the future for women and their families’, reflecting that 86% of the Fund’s members were women. The sole focus of the Board and every staff member was to help to improve the financial future of our members. We had a great team that achieved amazing things.

Member of the executive team, areas of responsibility included Financial Planning, Member Education, Digital, Marketing and an Outbound Call team.

Bendigo Financial Planning Ltd operated under its own AFSL and had 70 Planners nationally that serviced the Bendigo Bank Retail Branch network. Responsible for the management and performance of the Planners and also providing all of the relevant Dealer Group services, including Practice Management, Compliance and Quality Assurance, Research and Technical Support, Para Planning, Operations and Advice System Support (XPlan) and admin. Transitioned Bendigo Financial Planning to a fee for service business model.
