I currently hold the rank of 7th Dan (Degree) Black Belt in Korean Martial arts and am an active 20-year veteran Law Enforcement officer with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office. I am an expert in personal and home defense tactics. I am also a senior firearms instructor with my department and teach handgun, tactical shotgun and tactical rifle. I teach active killer tactics as well. I am the chief Radar and Lidar instructor for my department and developed all of the certification courses used to train all of our officers in the use of speed measurement devices. My objective is to continue to teach a variety of subjects and skills to Law Enforcement Officers as well as civilians to include training necessary for civilians to obtain a concealed handgun permit. I provide community presentations for parents, students, school staff, church groups and others addressing numerous subjects to include social networking dangers and predators, the legal and social dangers of sexting, and urban survival for females preparing to head off to college.
