Determine waste water quality effluent limits based on technical data and draft effluent discharge permits based on Federal and State laws. Interpret Federal and State laws in the field of air emissions for industrial processes and draft emissions permits. Develop enforcement cases with regards to waste water effluent discharges and air emissions.
