As the National Credit Manager for Australia I led a team of up to 30 staff covering multiple business divisions. Tasks I have successfully undertaken in the role include, but are not restricted to:-* The rebuilding and ongoing transformational changes of the Credit A/R department to align with a new business management model,* Implementation of a new ERP system, * Implementation of a risk management policy and process, * Collection procedures, guidelines and strategy* Collection budgets and cash forecast modelling* Credit assessment policies and process,* Implementation of a dispute management process * The development and ongoing mentoring of staff to achieve business objectives,* Partnering with external debt and legal agencies for recovery of delinquent debt

Strat.os was an outsource provider. to TNT Australia.In the role I managed process changes in banking, allocations, collections and credit administration including -.Introduce KPI's for measurement of performance to client as part of an improved reporting packageIntroduced business process to reduce unallocated cash and improve payment processing timeReviewed and steamlined the collection process resulting in substantial reduction of unpaid billings and delinquent debtEnhancement of a new ERP system and development of specialised collection software to support collection processesDeveloped Business User manual for Accounts Receivable module in SAPSuccessfully relocated the AR function from a decentralised operation to a centralised, Shared Service environment.
