This job was created to provide oversight of the Quality Management Systems at all of AGC's Flat Glass division locations. Responsibilities include: maintaining the ISO Quest electronic document control and training database; developing and standardizing QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.); training personnel; auditing; developing corrective actions; coordinating external audits; and ensuring compliance to ISO 9001 requirements. Many ISO/TS 16949 principles also introduced to the QMS during this time.

Assigned to revamp the company's customer claim process and administrate the processing and approval of all claim requests. Worked with AGC's customers and manufacturing facilities to develop countermeasures and conducted follow-up activities to ensure closure.

Assisted customers, architects, and end users in the selection and use of AGC's product offerings. Handled customer issues and claim requests, including complaint resolution and corrective actions. Oversaw the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the internal audit program for the AGC Corporate locations (Kingsport, TN and Alpharetta, GA).

Managed and supervised the work of Quality Inspectors, with the overall responsibility of ensuring adherence to specifications and customer requirements.
