About Greg Ferguson

I started with Virgin Money (previously Clydesdale/Yorkshire Bank) back in 2006, working in a variety of roles across Current Account Switching, payment scheme settlements and account reconciliations.In 2014, I became involved in Complaints - handling, quality checking, and then testing complaint outcomes across all categories over a 4 year period.Since 2020, I have worked within Group Incident Management, initially as an Analyst, and now as a Specialist in what is now Group Incident Management and Disaster Recovery.
