Leads LyondellBasell’s (LYB) global and corporate-wide learning and development function. Responsible for the design and implementation of high-impact and sustainable learning, organizational development, and team effectiveness programs in support of LYB’s strategic goals and objectives.

Provide leadership in designing and facilitating custom, business-specific interventions, working sessions, and/or learning & development initiatives based on business performance gaps. Use an evidence-based approach to organizational development to drive performance improvement; utilizing organizational assessments, diagnosis, analysis, solution recommendations, and implementation. Provide targeted leadership and team based assessments and coaching.

Responsible for the programs and processes that facilitate executive, leadership and professional development and continuous learning of employees across the organization. Oversees the planning, designing, building, and implementation of all learning programs and processes to support our employees and their work.
