Financial record keeping and office manager for the College of Continuing Education and Professional Development, English Language Center (ELC) maintains current and transferred student records for the department. Problem solve numerous issues for international students. * Responsible for management of monthly, quarterly, and annual budget which exceeds $1.5 million in revenue and three accounts. Additionally, responsible for monthly Actuals vs. Budget management and status update to ELC director.* Budget forecasting and program development prioritizing responsibilities in support of the ELC Director* Submit monthly fiscal reports to the ELC Director and semi-annual reports to both the ELC Director and the Dean for the College of Continuing Education and Professional Development (COCEPD) regarding enrollment and revenue trends in incorporation of COCEPD annual statistical reports* Maintain department’s balance sheet ensuring that all revenue and expenditures are properly recorded * Ensures that the director is aware of all profits and losses * Facilitate and ensure accuracy of faculty payroll * Manage hourly and student workers * Verify accuracy and completion of paperwork for potential students to receive an I-20 which is required for students to receive their Visas’ at the US Embassy or consulate abroad. This is required for students to enter the US and the English Language Center

Religious Program Specialists provide support to Navy Chaplains in developing programs to meet the needs of Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard personnel and their families.The duties performed by RPs include:  * Budget management for the chaplain’s office/department  * Maintaining records, ecclesiastical documents, and references of various faith groups;  * Maintaining the administrative and logistical support requirements of religious programs aboard ships, shore stations, hospitals, Marine Corps units, and other sea service commands;  * Performing bookkeeping and accounting functions related to Religious Offerings Fund transactions; publicizing the command’s religious activities; training command religious program volunteers on logistics and instruction methods; * Supervising Chaplain’s Office personnel
