Year round swimming programs offered from learn to swim through masters. The majority of the participants (80%) participated in dedicated year round competitive swimming registered with USA Swimming. Stingray Aquatics has been developing youth in the local community for over a decade.The 8th annual Stingray Aquatics "Winter Splash" competitive meet (January 17-19, 2014) hosted 9 teams from 2 states and 653 athletes. Unfortunately due to space and session time limitations a number of teams had to be turned away. Entry requests were in excess of 1000 athletes. The Stingray organization membership did a stellar job of running the meet, increasing the operating profit for this fundraiser by 29% year over year.
