• In conjunction with the Director, oversee strategic planning and operations for contemporary art gallery with a permanent roster of 35+ artists• Increase gallery sales through the development of new gallery clients and established collectors, as well as through building relationships with art consultants, advisors, and curators • Design, produce, and edit both online and print catalogs for gallery exhibitions, including historic research, using issuu.com and blurb.com (www.briangrossfineart.com/publications/index.html)• Produce and edit original written collateral for gallery communications, including press releases, and promotional materials• Directly coordinate with gallery artists on exhibition design, curatorial framework, communications and attendant programming• Prepare and review loan agreements for museum and institutional loans• Registration of all incoming/outgoing works of art at the gallery, including arranging shipment and packing of artworks for both domestic and international travel• Manage gallery staff, interns, and contractors to ensure successful daily and long-term gallery operations• Process incoming and outgoing payments, monitor and reconcile accounts receivable and payable, maintain artist accounts, and manage budgets• Represent gallery for off-site presentations and fairs, such as Pulse Miami Beach, and develop domestic and international curators and collectors• In conjunction with the Director, developed project space exhibition programming within the gallery to increase gallery sales and online presence

• Perform gallery administration tasks, including invoice processing, gallery communications, and record keeping• Manage day to day operations and appearance of the gallery sales floor • Manage and install all gallery exhibitions and client presentations in the gallery• Manage all online gallery listings and marketing on the gallery’s website, as well as external sales platforms such as Artsy and Artnet• Assist the Director in gallery sales and presentations to clients• Manage and perform all gallery shipping, registration, and inventory procedures.

• Support the gallery Director in sales presentations to collectors and curators• Maintain artwork inventory and work with gallery artists to offer works in their studios• Pack, ship, and receive incoming and outgoing artworks• Greet all gallery visitors, present exhibitions, and answer questions about artwork art artists

• Manage the operations of the west coast office, including payroll, scheduling, and sales administration• Coordination with the New York, Frankfurt, and Paris offices on program management, strategy, and long term planning• Host and attend all west coast Agrion meeting on topics relating to the Green Energy Revolution taking place in the SF Bay Area• Produce written transcripts and executive level white papers from recordings of all membership meetings and events. • Produce live video broadcasts of all meetings organized by the west coast office for streaming globally, including live camera control and live audio editing.• Post production editing of sound and video files from broadcast for online distribution to the Agrion membership

• In conjunction with the Chief Curator and Collections Manager, organize, research, and produce rotating exhibitions at the museum• Pack, unpack, hang and install/de-install rotating exhibitions and the permanent collection • In conjunction with the Collections Manager, organize, clean, and maintain the museum’s collection of Bay Area art• Research, archive, and maintain the museum’s collections database

• Unpack and install all rotating exhibitions in the gallery• Prepare all mass mailings for exhibitions• Attend all gallery events and assist in their function
