I am responsible for the development of the National Smarter Profit Online long-term strategy – where there is no previous footprint. This includes:• Development of Smarter Profit processes for the upcoming Central fulfillment centers.• Autonomously partner with multiple senior online stakeholders - developing sound relationships and strategic alignment. Including full alignment with Head Of and GM level stakeholders. • Own end to end initiatives that reduce total loss, customer credits/refunds and improve overall Coles Online profitability and operating efficiencies. • Develop detailed analysis, inputs and recommendations for Coles Online facing profit opportunities.• Track and report on individual project performance.• Increase business profitability through coaching, process and behavioral change in both Store Support Center and stores.• Embed and drive Smarter Profit best practice across the Coles Online function.• Contribute to and execute the overarching Smarter Profit Strategy

Multi-site operations leadership of 1000+ TM’s including 4 online home delivery stores. Lead the group of stores to deliver their commercial results and the company strategy. Coach and develop Store Managers to increase knowledge and capability to improve results, efficiency and productivity within their stores and drive continuous improvement.

I am responsible for my store and it's commercial outcome. This includes direct reports of Trading Managers, Department Managers and store team members. The primary focus is to lead store teams to delight customers through an engaging customer experience that maximises store profitability and ensures efficient operations. I achieve this through coaching, developing and inspiring the store team which in turn builds capability, drives accountability and creates a great place to work.

Western Sydney/Regional Nsw & Newcastle/ Northern Nsw

I was responsible for the management of a portfolio of retail stores, where I oversaw the performance of those stores within the area group to achieve and improve EBITDA and all other KPI’s specified, as well as ensure compliance to all company policies, procedures and company standards. The primary focus was to develop and coach Managers to build teams that deliver a high level of customer service in line with the company Customer Value Proposition (CVP) whilst ensuring the appropriate controls around safety, stock, security, store controllable expenses and store presentation standards. A focus was to achieve these through demonstrating the company’s core values and behaviors.
