I am Greg Lin. I love at working. I am a quality and reliability expert who likes methodical and preventive approaches. I am persistent and do not give up until the job is done I am ambitious, diligent, and enthusiastic. I like to pursuit excellence. Regarding my interests, I like exploring and seeing new lands. My family and I like to go backpacking overseas to experience a different culture. I also like learning English. I like to chat with foreign tutors online about culture, food, daily life, custom and travel experience, etc. I am a very diligent student and the accumulated hours on Cambly is over 100 hours. I participate in the Toastmaster English speech club every two weeks. I like to share with Toastmaster teammate how to improve English skills in an efficient way. Regarding my experience, I’ve been actively involved in audio, power, and automotive IC, notebook, solar PV inverter, and car navigation technologies for the past 23 years. I have always been focused on prototype product reliability and design qualification, OSAT, notebook, component suppliers quality engineering management and quality assurance management, etc. I have over 12 years of hands-on experience and in-depth reliability validation e.g. Environmental Test Standard IEC 60068 /721, ALT accelerated life test, HALT Highly Accelerated Life Testing as well as IC reliability validation following JEDEC and AEC Q100 qualification. I have over 8 years experiences of supplier quality management and continual improvement e.g. Raw PCB board, SMT/DIP manufacturer, choke and transformer suppliers, Chassis molding supplier in Motech ; notebook and Tablet ODM suppliers in Toshiba ; semiconductor IC OSAT suppliers for making audio, Power IC, automotive IC in ESMT . I am experienced in quality assurance of OSAT suppliers ,and reliability validation with AEC-Q100 standard in ESMT; design quality management via DFMEA/DRBFM and continual quality improvement to manage ODM suppliers in Toshiba, new product validation on monitor/projector/ car navigation in BENQ and Quality assurance and reliability validation experience in solar PV inverter and switching power supply in Motech . I got the training to be internal auditor of Automotive QMS IATF 16949 trained by Kind Consult Inc. I have hands-on experience on the 5 core tools including APQP, D/PFMEA, MSA, PPAP and SPC of Automotive quality management system IATF 16949. I want a job that I like and challenge me. I want to work in an industry where I can utilize more of my skills. I want to be a good leader of a productive team.
