Manage, schedule, coordinate & supervise specific HVAC subcontractors & vendors for public & private projects within tri-state areaStaying within the confines of the cost budget set by Estimate team for each projectWriting a detailed estimate scope letter/email for any additional work due to architect, engineer and/or field changes Obtain quotes from subs/vendors and write Purchase Orders for all change order work for each projectResponsible to meet billing deadlines by meeting with Accounting Team for all projects (percent complete & AIA format)Attend Kick-Off meeting with Estimating & Purchasing teams to review all contract drawings including conceptual & schematic drawings, narratives & outlines.Ability to maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, architects & engineersAttention to all work related issues regardless of time of dayCommunication, tactical thinking and planning/problem solvingAbility to run multiple projects simultaneouslyMaintain high degree of integrity & honestyAbility to work professionally & proficiently under time constraintsOSHA 10 & 30 hour certification
