I led an internally developed Product showcasing our Internal IT organizations performance across key financial, people, project management, and benchmarking data analytics reports and scorecards. As the Product Manager I led the creation of the roadmap on both a yearly and quarterly basis. I interacted with customers and stakeholders to identify key enhancements and initiatives. I worked to translate requirements into 'user stories' for our development team. I also worked extensively with our operations and support team to ensure we exceed customer expectations.I've previously worked in Business Operations where I managed multiple reporting responsibilities along with IT infrastructure. I've led teams; and have had the pleasure of watching the people I've coached and mentored to become highly successful.I've held other positions within Accenture such as working with our Audit and Compliance organization to ensure compliance with ISO and Sarbannes policies for public companies.I also worked with Vendor Management where I managed different hardware accounts and held the relationships with multiple IT vendors.
