Test cases were performed usually during the clients maintenance windows to validate all errors were captured Additional simulation testing was performed to ensure all Tivoli TEC alerts were performing correctly. This allowed for decreased downtime for applications. Related errors were documented in UniCenter Service Desk (USD). Once errors were corrected another testing window would be scheduled. Supported the Operations Center with additional tasks such as decommissioning retired hardware, adding information to UniCenter Service Desk (USD) related to Initial Program Loads (IPL), system rolls and adding tasks to TaskMinder for the Operations Center to use as a daily check list.
