Project Manager and Resident Engineer for TxDOT Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) projects. Responsibilities include plan review, RFI review and resolution, value engineering, setting up weekly progress meetings with client and contractor, TxDOT SiteManager proficiency including DWR review and deficiency resolution, coordinate inspector schedule with contractor construction, monito mile stones, schedule pre-con meetings for significant construction events (large beam placement, large concrete pours, final asphalt placement or overlay), and track project budget. Geotechnical Project Manager/Task Manager. Responsible for all geotechnical aspects of the project including scope, proposal preparation and review, subconsultant coordination, scheduling and geotechnical report review including QC/QAProject Engineer. Responsible for RFP production and submittal, including design performance and acceptance requirements.Field Construction Engineer. Field oversight and engineering support to military construction unit deployments, including coordination of civilian subconsultants, RFI responses and field design changes based on site conditions encountered during construction.
