New Product Introduction - Lead and coordinate the actions necessary to develop and create a manufacturing process for new parts.Shop Floor Support - Lead Continuous Improvement projects focused on reducing direct cost or reducing cycle time and eliminate waste. Responsible for other engineering areas - NC programming Tool Design, and CMM programming, Quoting and Estimating and Project Engineering.

Core parts are complex machined, rotating engine components and assemblies. This includes turbine engine shafts, split cases, and transmission housings for Military and commercial customers , gear shaping, assembly, and inspection, heat treat, CMM, material lab. Customers include: G.E., Rolls Royce, Honeywell, Sikorsky, and MTU. DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING Lead Manufacturing Engineering, NPI, Tool Design, NC Programming, and Estimating. Staff of 14, includes supervisors, engineers, programmers, tool designers, and clerical staff Oversee all new product Introduction. Directly involved with most complex and critically important programs.
