Involved in Product R&D for Lamar's National Operations Group. Special emphasis on energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainable business practices, long-range strategic planning, high-level project management and execution, product design and development, product sourcing, key vendor relationships, and emerging technologies. Particular specialties in energy management, integration of solar energy systems and solid state lighting, and implementation of technology to achieve long-term strategic goals. Previously Manager of Strategic Projects at Lamar.

Originally hired as Production Manager at Lamar Graphics, a 40-million square foot per year billboard production operation. Promoted to Operations Manager, then Manager of Special Projects. Responsible for continuous innovation and upgrades to production automation and technology portfolio. Managed overlapping expansions at the Baton Rouge, Columbus, OH, and Las Vegas printing facilities, including plant design, construction, and manufacturing engineering. Originated and perfected the mill roll feed system and in 2007 developed and perfected the first polyethylene digital printing methods and materials, using both solvent-based and UV-curable resin systems and inksets. Moved to Lamar's National Operations Group in December of 2008.
