Greg Geller is the Founder and CEO of Stack Energy Consulting. Stack enables clean energy and climate tech companies to overcome regulatory barriers to growth and to execute winning market development strategies. With nearly 20 years of experience in business, politics, and the clean energy regulatory landscape, Greg leads with the passion and expertise necessary to achieve winning outcomes for Stack’s customers. During his 13 years at EnerNOC and Enel North America and through collaboration with many terrific teammates, Greg oversaw dozens of successful initiatives to create new revenue opportunities and to eliminate costly regulatory barriers for clean energy and climate tech. Through July 2023, Greg served on Enel’s executive team as VP of Regulatory Affairs, managing a team that supported all business lines, including market leaders in Virtual Power Plants and Distributed Energy Resources (demand response, energy storage, distributed solar), utility-scale renewables, and electric mobility. Through his role on the executive team and reporting to Enel North America’s CEO, Greg informed and influenced Enel’s go-to-market strategy. Prior to joining EnerNOC, Greg served in New York City politics and earned his MBA from Boston University while consulting to Deepwater Wind as they prepared to build the first U.S. offshore wind farm. Greg serves on the Board of NY-BEST, the largest energy storage trade association in NY.
