In December 2013, MECU of Baltimore purchased Advance Bank. Submitted 15 FHA Test Cases as the FHA DE Underwriter for approval. Received approvals for all 15 Test Cases from the Philadelphia HOC. Received full FHA Eagle approval October 28, 2014 for MECU of Baltimore, Inc. Obtained Seller/Servicer approval from Freddie Mac for the credit union. Trouble-shooted and solved customer mortgage payment servicing issues with MECU's subservicer.
