A Lync Success Story:Successfully completed the implementation, transition, and adoption of an enterprise wide telephony landscape with Lync 2010, Upgrade to Lync 2013, and adoption of Lync Room Systems while leading the enthusiastic adoption of Lync capabilities for a 5000+ user enterprise voice environment. People First:Successfully developed positive working relationships, processes, training, mentoring, and sustainment capabilities with diverse infrastructure and support teams such as Networks, Servers, Datacenter, Deskside, End Users, Backups, Database Admins, SIP Providers, 3rd Parties, and Existing Telecom teams.Successfully Bridged the Network Gap:Worked with network and infrastructure teams on bandwidth and infrastructure budgeting, QOS implementation and testing, DHCP, DNS, F5 and ISA Reverse proxies, and public and private certificate integration. Led Technical Innovation:Created an atmosphere of inclusion with all teams, for example with the existing Telecom operational teams, successfully leading training and education on server based IP telephony, while developing automation and sustainment process between the Lync infrastructure and SIP provider.
