New Covenant Church of Philadelphia operates a 38-acre business campus that includes the church, 2400 seat sanctuary, 3 public schools, a clinic and 40 tenants in professional buildings. As Director of Operations Support was responsible for disaster avoidance including operational procedures and all aspects of security and emergency planning with a budget of over $1 million. Improving and managing tenant relations. Major accomplishments included:Conduct annual life safety alarm system testing to meet NFPA codes, Philadelphia Fire Codes, Philadelphia Building Codes. The majority of these old buildings are protected under the National Historical Society. As Manager, Security & Safety was responsible for design and implementation of entire security and safety program from the ground up. Developing and implementing disaster avoidance, business continuity, security policies and procedures for 17 sites.
