Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the process of buying materials, products and services along with supervising the tool crib and production planning departments for the Winston-Salem facility. Directs and manages the procurement of all raw material, tooling, factory supplies and contracted services for the site. Creates, implements and maintains the overall plan for WIP, Finished Goods, and Raw Material inventory.

Accountable for driving global procurement policies and practices across the Americas region. Support individual facilities within the region in developing and delivering effective procurement standards. Manages key materials pricing and ensures materials meet customer and regulatory requirements. Negotiate RM pricing and the purchase of capital items.

Oversees Purchasing, Planning and Warehousing operations for a filter manufacturing facility servicing the tobacco industry.

Managed hourly workforce including production, warehouse, quality assurance and maintenance personnel to achieve company performance metrics.
