As Quality Manager and a member of the Senior Management Team at Tekmar Energy, I have over 12 years of experience in the oil & gas, renewable energy and yellow goods engineering industries, specializing in quality control, quality management, supplier development, and continuous improvement. I am an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and am a Practitioner with the CQI which demonstrates my commitment to quality. I am also experienced working with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 having a working knowledge of their application amd a detailed understanding of the management systems.In my current role, I lead a team of 4 and oversee the quality assurance and quality control processes for the company's products and services, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry regulations. I also work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, problem-solving techniques, along with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) procedures. My goal is to deliver excellence and value to the company and its clients by ensuring the highest quality of products and services.
