Experienced Vice President Of Product Development in the manufacturing and systems integration space with a 24 year history of successfully dreaming up, engineering, developing, launching and leading awesome projects. Graduating from the University of Michigan Dearborn as an Electrical Engineer, my career began in Automotive product development before taking a 20-year diversion to a path of Automation and MES Systems Integrations. My career has now returned to Product Development, where I lead a diverse team creating and supporting both digital and capital products. Over the past 20 years, my career has focused on IT/OT integration, making Industry 4.0 applications and solutions before it was a buzzword. This integration space has provided a diverse and challenging environment, allowing me to learn, deploy and specify many critical systems upon which manufacturing organizations rely. I've deployed and integrated ERP, scheduling solutions and various MES platforms, writing and specifying countless custom applications. I've installed and specified the physical or virtual server infrastructures upon which these systems run. I've configured and debugged the networking and physical media media involved with connecting these systems together, exposing their interfaces to the plant floor. I've designed, built and programmed the automation equipment on the plant floor which carries materials, executes the processes, and collects the information enabling our customers to make amazing products on time, on budget, and with excellent quality. More recently, I've spearheaded the development of RedViking's Argonaut platform, a Manufacturing Performance Platform focused on providing our customers with out-of-the box solutions to common challenges in manufacturing, including Tracking & Traceability, Error-Proofing and Automated Operator Work Instructions. These solutions integrate with ERP, scheduling, Pick to Light and tooling such as DC Electric torque tools. Today, I continue to lead the ongoing development of Argonaut, as well as lead our AGV product development, currently focused on vehicle navigation and fleet management capabilities so that RedViking can continue to support more-and-more customers in new and varying use cases with our industry leading AGV solutions.
