Greg Grice is a seasoned professional with 35+ years in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry. His expertise spans CRE acquisition, finance, brokerage, and development, having worked with national, regional and local developers, brokerage firms and lenders. Currently Partner and Managing Director at GPA Capital, Greg delivers innovative commercial financing solutions, facilitating deals from $1M to $100M. Through strong research and strategic underwriting skills, Greg builds relationships with institutional and private funding sources, ensuring successful execution of complex transactions. Before co-founding GPA Capital, he played a pivotal role in significant commercial finance projects at Mortgage Authority, where he formed a lasting partnership with Charles Pope. Early in his career, Greg learned land acquisition and development through training at Weyerhaeuser, following his graduation from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in Business. He later served as a Senior Consultant in the Land Division of Marcus and Millichap's Tampa, FL office. In recent years, Greg has expanded his financing portfolio to encompass both hydrocarbon and renewable energy companies, including upstream exploration and production ventures as well as commercial solar arrays.
