CurrentThis role is an expansion of my previous role by adding architecture, deployment, operations, and network performance reporting teams. I lead an organization of highly skilled network, network security, and operations engineers. Our focus is to design, engineer, and operate our converged IP/MPLS backbone and metros that carry residential and business internet, broadcast and on-demand video, voice, Wi-Fi, and business services such as VPNs. We also engineer and operate all underlying DWDM and transport technologies. Additionally, we do the core network design for our major data-centers including server load balancing, CG-NAT, virtualization, and disaster recovery. We also focus on network analytics as well as our core CDN. Finally, we design secure networks with firewalls, IPS, and DDOS mitigation platforms.
