About Greg Gulick
Experienced healthcare attorney and educator having served in various regulatory compliance and transactional roles in the healthcare (provider-side), health insurance, and managed care industries. While I have experience in traditional areas of health law, such as privacy and security, fraud and abuse, and compliance, my real passion is digital health. This includes all aspects of the digital health life-cycle and how technology intersects with the delivery of healthcare, such as telemedicine, mHealth, machine learning (AI) and clinical decision support systems, and analytics in general. I also have extensive experience in transactional work, handling domestic and international contracts, joint ventures, information technology contracts and negotiations and other unique business relationships. I enjoy teaching students and professionals about the potential positive impact that digital health, telemedicine, mHealth, social media and games can have in healthcare and public health and how they can improve community and population health. I also have an interest in value-based payment methodologies to move away from fee-for-service and reward providers on the basis of quality outcomes, rather than volume. I have various academic (including a doctorate in Health Administration) and professional experience that allows me to work closely with business leaders to understand their goals and assist them in assessing and addressing the legal and business risks associated with achieving these goals.
