For this position I was seconded to supervise Cairns Sunbus mechanical workshop. Working with management my main focus was to get the fleet up and running to an optimum level. Together with the team of mechanics we were able to put in place an effective preventative maintenance and repair program to ensure vehicles were available for operational needs.
